Call for Papers: Reading literacy in Nordic 10 year-olds
We invite proposals for a special issue of Nordic Journal of Literacy Research.
We welcome proposals that contribute to the knowledge base on reading in primary school by utilizing Nordic data from Progress in International Reading Literacy Survey (PIRLS) 2016. Papers could focus on relationships within a single Nordic country or on comparisons between the Nordic countries. Both cross sectional studies (2016) and trend studies (including 2006) are invited.

Authors employed at research institutions/universities that do not provide financial support for Open Access publication are eligible to apply for a complete fee waiver. Please include your request for a waiver in the cover letter when you first email your proposal for a submission (deadline 15th February 2018).
