About the journal
Nordic Journal of Literacy Research contributes to the creation of a critical and dynamic picture of literacy in a Nordic context. The journal publishes peer-reviewed articles in English, Norwegian, Swedish and Danish.
Nordic Journal of Literacy Research is published under the Open Access model and is therefore free for anybody to read and download, and to copy and disseminate. Articles will be published immediately the final corrections of the master proof have been made. When posted online, articles will be assigned a DOI number (Digital Object Identifier) whereby it becomes possible to search and cite them without delay. Upon registration, interested scholars and others can sign up to be alerted each time a new article is published on the journal’s website site. Select this option: 'Reader: Notified by email when an issue of the journal is made open access.'
